Buffalo Style Sauteed Ground Beef

Protein! Sauteed beef is a super easy and delicious recipe designed to get you a consistent dose of protein, calories, and fat for your meal preps. This dish is great for keto and atkins diets, plus its tasty. Pair it with a nice quiche, which it happens to mix really well with!

1Heat up hot sauce in a pot and add xantham gum once heated. Stir until slightly thicker
2Add remaining spices, erythritol, and seasonings
3Saute beef on high in skillet until all pink is gone from the meat
4Pour out fat (But leave a little just for fun)
5Add sauce mixture to ground beef and stir
I prefer to use Frank's Redhot Buffalo sauce, but there are no rules here. Add some seasoning here and there and a bit of cayenne pepper if you are feeling squirrely.
