11. Place egg yolks, coconut milk, water, coconut butter in a blender.
22. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg, rum extract and ice. Pulse until smooth. (you can also add ice after blending if preferred)
3 large egg yolks
1/2 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
1/2 cup water or almond milk
1 tbs coconut or almond butter
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 tsp natural rum extract
a few ice cubes
