Keto friendly bread recipe. ~ 1 net Carb per 2 Slices

11. Preheat oven to 300

22. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks into 2 bowls

33. In the bowl with the egg yolks, add cream cheese (cubed) and seasoning

44. Using a mixer, beat yolks and cheese on high until smooth.

55. Wash beaters and Beat the whites on high until you form medium peaks (about 5 minutes)

66. Slowly and smoothly fold the yolk/cheese mixture with the egg whites

77. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter into 6 circles

88. Bake for 15-20 minutes on one side, flip dough and bake for another 10 minutes on the other side.

9* To make Pizza crust, set the oven to 330, add all batter into the middle of a pizza pan spreading it out evenly, and bake for 25 min (flipping around 20 minutes.)

Makes 6 Slices of Keto Cloud Bread. You can double the recipe, but the dough comes out a little less fluffy and the bottom rack sometimes comes out a little crispier
